A downloaded book isn't working correctly

If you're having trouble with a downloaded book in Sora (for example, the book has missing parts or won't open), delete and re-download it. You'll need an internet connection to re-download the book.

Note: You can download books in the Sora app and compatible web browsers. You won't see download options in unsupported browsers.

1. Go to .
2. Select Loans.
3. Click or tap , then Stream (when online).
4. Select Yes, delete download.
5. Click or tap , then Download. This will download a new copy.
