A downloaded book isn't working correctly

If you're having trouble with a downloaded book (for example, the book has missing parts or won't open), delete and re-download it. You'll need an internet connection to re-download the book.

  1. Go to Shelf.
  2. Select Loans.
  3. Click or tap checkmark icon, then Stream (when online).
  4. Select Yes, delete download.
  5. Click or tap cloud icon, then Download. This will download a new copy.
